My way of working consists in a combination of various tools and methods that I attained during my personal and professional experience in the last 15 years - Shiatsu, acupuncture, physiotherapy, manual therapy, psychology and spirituality.
It's a holistic approach in which you play a central role in understanding, working with and living with your life situations; together we build a treatment plan on several layers: body, mind and emotion, spirituality.
